How do we produce and consume food whilst safeguarding our planet in view of around 9 billion people by 2050 and ongoing degradation of planetary resources? How do we handle the burden of infectious diseases accompanying these processes? The Global One Health course highlights approaches to human, animal and plant health using a transdiciplinary lens.
