The Big Data and Smart & Sustainable Cities Conference is part of a series of four public conferences organized in 2017 by French diplomatic missions in Nothern Europe.
French Embassies and Instituts français of Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland organise a series of conferences to explore the theme of Big Data. Each participating country hosts a public discussion on one domain impacted by Big Data and the current state of research in the related fields:
- Big Data and energy for Norway;
- Big Data and agriculture for Denmark;
- Big Data and health for Sweden;
- Big Data and smart cities for Finland.
The conference will welcome several experts and stakeholders in smart cities from France and Finland from different area of expertise: researchers, companies, associations, city representatives.
This event will also be an opportunity to set up meetings to foster possible bilateral collaborations between France and Finland.
